Maybe it’s an April Fool’s prank, maybe it’s not.
But an Aussie outfit is looking for three couples to take part in a survey to find the best mattress for intimacy, or to put it bluntly — to have sex on.
Yep, you heard right. Australian Bed and Bedding products review website, WhatASleep.com.au, is offering three couples the unique chance to win $5000 by simply testing three of Australia’s top-rated mattresses over a period of two months.
The experiment involves more than just sleeping on the chosen mattresses, however. WhatASleep wants to hear about your intimate experience with them.
The winning couple will receive $5000, along with the mattress of their choice, while the two runners-up will get $2500, plus a mattress of their choice.
The prize mattresses are valued at up to $1500 each.
“The chosen couples will become our official mattress tester, providing honest advice on some of the Australia’s top-rated mattresses,” WhatASleep founder, Samantha Collins, said.
“We will send out three mattresses over a two-month period to our couples and it will be their job to thoroughly test and evaluate each one based their experience of having sex on the mattresses.”
In order to be selected for the competition, you must be available to start immediately, have excellent writing skills, good evaluation skills and, of course, be willing to review your entire experience with your partner on each mattress.
The winners will be asked to rate the mattresses, with a score out of 10 for firmness, noise, bounce, room to move, temperature and support.
“We are looking for very open and honest couples who aren’t shy in the bedroom and are happy to share their experiences enjoying some of Australia’s top mattresses in more ways than one,” Collins said.
