Just weeks after slashing the price of its cars, Mahindra has cut prices again.
This time it has taken a knife to its XUV3XO small SUV range, cutting the price of the AX5L and AX7L by $1500 and the XUV3XO Anniversary Edition by $1000.
XUV3XO AX5L is now $22,490 driveaway, XUV3XO AX7L is $25,490 driveaway and $27,485 driveaway.
The instant rebate offer is available on 2025-built stock only, and ends October 31, 2026.
The XUV3XO is powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 82kW of power and 200Nm of torque, with three selectable drive modes — Zip, Zap and Zoom (urban driving, highway trips and spirited performance).
Fuel consumption is a claimed 6.5L/100km.
Standard equipment includes dual 10.25-inch screens, one for infotainment the other for the instrument cluster, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless device charging and Harman Kardon premium sound.
The AX7L Anniversary Edition adds a Skyroof, front parking assist, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, LED front fog lights, a cooled and illuminated glovebox, and 65-watt USB-C fast charging, with the Anniversary Edition further distinguished by its exclusive styling details and inclusive metallic paint.
Safety includes Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including Auto Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go functionality, and Traffic Sign Recognition.
Mahindra says the offer strengthens the XUV3XO’s position as one of the most compelling value propositions in Australia’s fiercely competitive light SUV segment, having established itself as a genuine favourite with buyers since its launch in July, 2025.
In August Mahindra slashed the price of its mid-sized SUV the XUV700, hoping no doubt to stimulate sales.
