JAC Motors Australia has revealed the price of its tradie special, the T9 Tradepro 4×4 Cab-Chassis — first announced in late 2025.
As the entry point to the JAC T9 range of utes, the T9 Tradepro Cab-Chassis is now available from $38,990 plus on-roads.
If you’ve got an ABN, however, you can get your hands on one for from $40,990 driveaway, which includes the price of a genuine alloy tray including fitting.
Engineered for tradies, farmers, fleet operators and small business owners who need a capable, no-nonsense work platform, the open platform gives buyers the freedom to spec a custom tray, toolbox fit-out or customised body, creating a ute that’s tailored to how they use it day to day.
The four-wheel drive system features a dual-range BorgWarner transfer case and locking rear differential for particularly challenging terrain.
Standard spec includes:
- 18-inch steel wheels
- 4×4 with rear differential lock
- Heavy-duty fabric seating
- 1165kg payload capacity (excluding tray)
- 7.6L/100m (NEDC combined)
- 3.2-tonne braked towing capacity
- Rear camera
- Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Wireless phone charging
- Keyless entry and push button start
The T9 was named Australia’s Safest Ute in 2024 and fourth safest vehicle, based on the aggregated scores across all four ANCAP 2024 protocols.
All models carry a seven-year unlimited kilometre warranty for both private and business owners, 24/7 roadside assistance for up to seven years, capped price servicing, and an industry-leading warranty loan vehicle program.
“The T9 Tradepro Cab-Chassis is exactly what we set out to build, a serious work vehicle that doesn’t ask tradies to pay for things they don’t need, or go without the things they do, ” JAC’s Ahmed Mahmoud said.
“Combining that with our ABN driveaway offer makes this one of the strongest value propositions in the segment right now.”
This limited-time offer is available on new T9 Tradepro stock to eligible ABN holders until April 30, 2026 or while stocks last.
